Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. When you have “return” in your mind, there must be something disappointing you. If time is enough, I can alter the dress for free, but you need to pay the shipping cost. 2. You can find a local tailor to fix the problem and I can undertake partial fee on it for you. But before the alternation, you have contact me first to show me where goes wrong. For Refund After returning the dress, we will inspect the dress and show you the checking process by pictures or video,If we made a mistake, we will 100% refund. if the fact is we make NO mistakes for the style,color and size, We will not refund your money.
